REFUNDS
Because of the planning and allocation of resources to facilitate Real Success Coaching, the commitments we have made well in advance with joint venture partners it is our policy to only issue coaching refunds as follows:
When you register for the 6 month or 12 month coaching program with Real Success Coaching you will have 10 days from the date of enrollment to make a cancellation or transfer your start date to another mutually agreed date without being charged a transfer fee. If your request is 0-4 days prior to our start date no refund or transfer will be issued. No refunds will be issued after 10 days from the date of enrollment.
With registration of live events you will have 10 days from the registration to cancel or transfer to another event.
If cancelled 10 days before the event you will receive 100% refund.
If you purchase the home study course this holds a "30 day money back guarantee" as long as the materials are intact and returned in new condition.
'BPO IN A BOX' does not carry a 30 day return policy due to this being a DVD and Audio CD set. If goods are damaged then a replacement will be forwrded to the purchaser at no charge once the damaged product has been returned. You may cancel an order before your credit card is charged but once charged the product is the sole property of the purchaser.
Requests for cancellations or transfers will result in a loss of revenue for Real Success Coaching, Because of the limited number of students we take on every month we lose the ability to fill that place or/and we lose the ability to re-sell that place. If REAL Success Coaching cancel a venue for any reason a full refund will be issued unless the particpant would like the monies put towards any other event. No materials for cancelled events will be forwrded to any participants under any cirucmstances.The policy will be strictly adhered to and enforced. Any approved refunds will be delivered by the same method in which payment was received.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Real Success Coaching policy is, if you cancel for any reason without prior written notification then a cancellation fee of 10% of your initial investment will be forfeited.
If you cancel 10 days after your initial enrollment no cancellation fee will apply. However if you cancel after that date you will be charged 10% of your enrollment fee. If you cancel 25-30 days prior to your start date then you will be charged 20% of you initial enrollment fee, and if you cancel 0-14 days prior to your start date then you will be charged 50% of your enrollment fee.
All written notification must be delivered by mail to: Real Success Coaching, PO Box 236443, Cocoa, Fl. 32923-6443. Faxed to: 888-325-1305 or e-mailed to info@realsuccesscoaching.com Verbal and Voicemail correspondence will not be regarded as a formal notification.
Should you fail to notify Real Success Coaching in writing of any changes and you do not participate on your first scheduled day, there will be no re-funds, transfers or credits.
Note: There will be NO refunds for any lessons that you miss. Teaching calls will be recorded and you will be furnished with a copy of those. I hereby give Real Success Coaching permission and release all rights for these sessions to be recorded and for these recordings to be reproduced as we see fit.
WARRANTIES
You acknowledge that you are not relying upon any warranties, guarantees, promises or representations made by us or anyone acting or claiming to act on behalf of us unless it is in writing and made part of this agreement. All advertising materials and all prior representations or agreements, if any whether verbal or written are hereby superseded by this agreement. This agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement between you and us and no modification of any terms shall be effective unless set forward in writing and signed by you and us. No one other than us has the authority to modify the terms of this agreement.
I, and/ or my spouse or significant other, and/or my family member/s and/or my business partner/s and affiliates acknowledge that Real Success Coaching, Steven McAloon, Pauline McAloon or any of it’s employees, affiliates are not acting as consultants, real estate brokers, accountants, attorneys, financial advisors or realtors. If needed, I will seek the advice of a professional in the state which I am doing business. I accept full responsibility and all liability for actions and results from any transaction under these products. I authorize Real Success Coaching, Steven McAloon, Pauline McAloon it’s corporations to use my success story as a testimonial in future publications. I agree not to reproduce or describe, lend, sell or rent any of these materials to remain under compliance with federal copyright laws.
